I wonder why no one copy the avengers even though they are currently way more famous than the justice league.
The Boys live action series were the only ones who did afair it and they were still just the Justice League clones main rivals. Invincible copied their members but they were never all together as a team.
I have a universe I’m working on that has expies of both
The JL expy is a group of incredibly powerful individuals who are kind of ambivalent about each other and only work together sometimes to take on greater threats. The Superman expy is trying to make them more of friends rather than coworkers but the team Batman is sabotaging his efforts
The Avengers one is more of a corporate sponsored mix of the Avengers, Eternals, and X-Men Evolution team. They’re closer together, but act more like celebrities than heroes and are owned by the same Batman expy behind the other team’s dysfunction
Somewhere more like a family/found family rather than a group of people doing a job together. I feel like that will make any drama more interesting. Also I feel like younger characters alongside older adults also creates more interesting conflict/discussion as well. I guess some sort of fusion between the Fantastic Four and the Teen Titans, with of course a decent amount of the actual Justice League to.
I'd make like a super human CIA Black OPs team. They wouldn't be "heroes" but it also wouldn't be edgy badasses. I'm thinking something along the idea of proactive missions. Like if Martians were attacking you wouldn't wait for them to get to earth, you send in this super powered team to sabotage the invasion ships and/or assassinate their generals. Really over the top adventures for practical solutions to absurd problems.

Make it a six heroes team, five of whom are your run of the mill supes while the other member is a friendly-looking black guy with no power or particular skill who just stands in group shots and does menial shit like opening a door without ever saying word or being directly spoken to. Everyone would have their own cool super hero name, but he would just be aknowledged as Dave.
>It's another Dave episode >They rescued Dave from the popcorn mines >Why does Dave get enslaved every third episode >Season Finale >Dave was actually the evil ROBERT Master of the Kinoplex, dater of lane.
Dave should be always nice and helps by being nice. He's never hurt or angry. All he does is help people and talk to everyone, even villains. There's an explosion that takes out the superhero home and Dave comes out unscathed, commenting on how it'll take him a while to clean the mess. And to better contrast things, the other superheroes are super serious and intense. But they all treat Dave like he's the most important person.
No trinity. It's MM, Aquaman, GL, Flash, Atom, Black Canary, and Green Arrow. If I'm doing a "realistic" the Boys/Invincible type thing then my angle is that boring people make the best heroes. Flashier "heroes" like the Trinity expys and diversity types end up as posers, or are pushing their own beliefs as justice, or start good then end up crazy. Otherwise I'd do straight superhero fair.
I prefer the Avengers.
Teams must be hard to write because almost all of them suck.
Not as hard as your father sucked my butthole last night.
My dad does have some pretty powerful suction capabilities.
He’s a good dad.

Avengers are more famous but the JL is more iconic, which is why WB flubbing everything is a disgrace
There was the Justice Friends on Dexter's Laboratory, but that was about 15/20 years before the MCU.

The first part of this made me think of New Wave from Worm
>family
Those are the worst ones.
I’d do something totally original, like make them evil.
Genius
Ultraman's costume FRICKS..
Have them be on the anti-registration side of a superhero civil war against the not-Avengers
But make sure not to turn either team into moronic strawmen
I make them frick a lot. A real sexually charged story of adrenaline driven , fit and powerful people.
Women weaken legs.

Would be pretty good if they started creating their own problems

They're all themed as ancient greek superheroes except the Wonder Woman expy who is Egyptian themed
