Death Stranding isn't a movie game. It's very heavily gameplay focused, with some really well thought out mechanics centered around a unique core concept. The mechanics, atmosphere and story all come together really nicely, it's honestly the best game I've played of the modern era.

I heard most of the game was just ripped off from metal gear survive, which was an internal project of Konami to get more use of the wasted assets of MGSV and the engine they made for it and that Kojima wasted millions on.
