is there like a collage of every pitch of his like this? i think there was something like it last thread like this but i feel like it was missing some stuff
Fun designs and 'delivery service' is a premise that has legs, but awful title. There's also an awkwardness with it being PIGS serving pizzas that you'd have to force the audience to ignore, though to be fair, Kyle was probably forced into make them anthropomorphic characters for his pitch to even be listened to these days.
is this another pitch of him
read the post again
He should just take the L and learn to make games or something.
You know what, that would actually be perfect for Carrozza's whole retro aesthetic. Moobeard is clearly never going anywhere, so he might as well try aiming for the gaming scene.
Not to mention he actually worked on some of them before.
Moobeard Is the perfect platformer character, he is not only stout and funny looking , but the gedgets would be an amazing addition for both mobility and combat, Kyle if you're reading this just make Moobeard a 3D action platformer
He's never gonna back down from his life's goal, anon. It's either Hit TV Cartoon or NOTHING
I think you shared the wrong screenshot.
Regardless, I've seen this screenshot shared before. I don't think Kyle is in the wrong here. This looks like it was shared directly to Kyle on Facebook. Feel free to dislike things and express that publicly if you want, but there's no reason to harass creators like that. People seem to get this weird impression that creators have to just sit and take verbal abuse because their work is publicly viewable. Kyle isn't wrong...Chris was being rude as shit.
Hi Kyle
Not Kyle, just not an autist and can read social situations.
Okay Kyle
Not Kyle, just his butt boy
Hello, it is I, Kyle. Make sure to watch Mighty Magiswords and follow me on instagram @tvskyle
Keep on creating, buckaroonies!
>Mighty Magiswords
It's shit not sorry
Glad it's gone
aw, don't say that. I worked really hard on it.
Our unique solace is that the Sun will destroy the Solar System and there will be not record of the existence of Mighty Magiswords in the Universe.
Critical feedback is key to becoming a successful artist instead of a dude who attracts attention for nearly getting someone killed with cancellation.
What would you know about being a successful artist, proompter?
>Commie follows his "if an artist uses AI, they become 'invalid'" programming
Leave the discussion to the humans.
>if an artist uses AI, they become 'invalid'
I see nothing wrong with that statement
Yes, because you're a bugman who only cares about following your programming. Go away
You're elaborately dancing around the fact that you don't accept critique to keep up appearances as the insults show
If John K's blog, which owned Kyle, was still active you'd be b***hing about it even though thousands of people benefited a lot for their artistic careers.
>Hurrr if you hate AI goyslop YOU'RE the NPC!
Delusional.
Just shut up and go away or AI haters will receive a bunch of emails. You're here to program people's sensibilities, not to participate in good faith
Why do you keep threatening anonymous people with emails? Why do you think the emails you DO send to random people in the industry don't directly go into the spam folder?
Do you think I believe it's a coincidence I received such a defensive reply in a TV's Kyle thread?
If I don't send them, their representatives start attacking me non-stop. It's on them for creating that problem. I'm sure TV's Kyle sent me some nasty messages when I was a minor and he took that hate into the industry with him
I understand that you're a bugman, now I'm going to send those emails to scramble your programming
Industry artists aren't harassing you. They have better things to do. You are being trolled by nerds and twelve year olds.
This is the sort of lie I would expect from a TV's Kyle thread
When I already have types of lies categorized, maybe you should try a different tactic
This cornball interaction included because people like him in the 00s anticipated tearing down my artistic efforts because they were mad. (I was in an atrocious household at the time) I have since invented Cosmic Theology and made many contributions to Catholic art in progress while you're lost in these cornball behaviors.
Does Cosmic Theology involve molesting your niece?
Congratulations, I looked up mighty magiswords crew to email and I will do a 20 count barrage with others. That must make you feel accomplished since you sure won't feel that way with your degree
He gave up on idolizing John K because he got critiqued, so real change is unrealistic
Email some b***hes.
I don't care about this idea, I just want more fat art of the pig girl.
I lowkey kinda hope to get one of those e-mails someday.
If any industry anons get one, I hope they share it here.
You'd be a producer at best, not an artist.
>if an artist uses AI, they become 'invalid
Yes, exactly
This comic unironically looks amd feels AIgenerated
>Critical feedback is key to becoming a successful artist
They're professional artists. For all intents and purposes, they already are successful.
That aside, the comments the dude made were not constructive. He simply indicated that he hated it. That's not going to help an artist grow; it just tears them down. On top of that, offering critiques to someone who didn't ask for it is a turbo-tard move. I don't expect you of all people to understand that.
I would honestly never get this weirdly attached to something I didn't even create, even if I enjoyed my time on it or worked hard on it. This is just pathetic of Kyle.
This. It's crazy some people think Kyle deserves sympathy, despite him sending huge amounts of hate towards other people.
>hurr you said mean thing about muh product now you deserve hate
He was a showrunner just once and has been chasing that high ever since.
Damn he’s a dick
Clearly autistic, a normal person would just say hey sure I'll think about it or thanks for the input or some shit. He answered like chris chan
Absolutely. Anyone who has ever pursued anything creative knows how many weird comments you'll get from well-meaning friends and family. You gotta just let that shit roll off your back.
Holy shit that's so fricking rude lmao. It's clear he has zero passion for what he's doing if it's just to "get a cartoon" comics and graphic novels are nothing but pure passion as they usually make zero money unless it's dumb webtoon slop like My step brother boss is in love with me?! A true artist makes to tell a story not get the prestige of being a cartoonist.
Also all his stuff is the same, guy protagonist and girl protagonist go on wacky adventures, they may or may not be siblings
> A true artist makes to tell a story not get the prestige of being a cartoonist.
You’re thinking of a writer. A writer might just want to tell the story in whatever medium, but if an animator who studied and loves animation wants to make a cartoon so they can see their ides animated, I think it’s understandable that a comic or game wouldn’t scratch the itch. Not everyone who likes cartoons also likes games or comics.
Why do anons try to come up with rules for what “true artists” do or don’t do. It’s all bullshit.
inb4 ‘Hi Kyle’
Well sometimes we dont get what we want. He keeps running into the same wall thousands of people are running into. Its sometimes best to take what you've learnt and just walk away and try something new.
There's a lot he could do but he has the autism stubbornness and wont even try something new. This is from someone who had to get over that tism stubbornness
He’s already had a show so he’s proven he can do it, and he storyboards for a living. It’s not like he’s struggling to get established. He doesn’t *have* to do anything else. I think he wants to do another show but if not it seems like he’s content to keep storyboarding. I really don’t understand why people think he would need to branch out into other mediums.
Well if you're smaller, a comic could help an artist get attention and showcase their ideas. The problem with Kyle is that his ideas are bad.
Even if you think that him stating that he doesn't like the show was the "wrong move" Kyle still pushes the situation way beyond what's necessary and is unprofessional when he could just simply ignore the comment, which is the less autistic move from him, instead of sending more hate to this person. How do you even defend something like this? You're trolling right? Or are you actually Kyle?
>Kyle still pushes the situation way beyond what's necessary
if this were just a random comment tweeted at him on twitter or something I'd 100% agree with you, but in this case Kyle let this guy into his private inner circle by accepting his friend request on facebook. He's establishing boundaries by telling this rando that his behavior would not be accepted in that specific social sphere. Having boundaries is healthy.
In the public, artists do have to let things slide off their backs to a certain extent, but in this case the guy was granted access to a private and personal space which, as pointed out, was a privilege. I think it's acceptable for artists to create clear expectations of how people should behave if they want to continue having access to that particular private space.
>my eyes are on the prize
Kyle might just reach 60 with Magiswords as his only successful pitch.
>Dude is obsessed with being a showrunner just because he thinks it PAYS better
ROFLMAO no wonder this guy can't get anything off the ground. He's fricking moronic!
I get what you're saying that money shouldn't be everything, but being a showrunner objectively does pay better. The low end would be like $30k - $40k per episode. Huge hits (typically blockbuster live action shit like Game of Thrones) can net something more like $100k - $300k per episode.
>30-40k per episode
I'm assuming the low end is what cartoon makers get stuck with, and that's still way higher than I was expecting honestly
Actual alpha mentality right there, no wonder Cinemaphile is so allergic to it.
Jesus, this fricker...
But he wants to make cartoons! Someone told him he should try making comics but he refused because he was aiming for greatness.
ah, so really biggest thing holding him back except his own ego.
>Kyle was probably forced into make them anthropomorphic characters for his pitch to even be listened to these days.
Where have you been for the last several decades? You'll go farther with brown girls than animals any day.
what's the difference?
>brown animal girls
What
>zoomers don't know about lolsorandumb invader zim style humor
civilization has collapsed
If anything, shouldn't that be a sign that civilization is improving?
Knowing about something doesn't mean enjoying it
Knowledge is power
>zoomers don't know about lolsorandumb invader zim style humor
If anything, they'd be the most influenced by it. How fricking young do you think the oldest zoomer is?
>That worked beacuse science
WHAT?!
I don't think he's forced to make them anthropomorphic it's more like he's a closet furry.
I'd call it Pig-OUT Pizza because they are pigs and they take out pizza to you. Kyle, you can have this one for free, it's a gift.
There's also the phrase "to pig out." It's def a stronger title than what Kyle proposed and it'd also roll off the tongue better
I can see this on Disney Channel
really?
I actually really liked Pizza Hero Fumiko. Kinda bummed Kyle seemed to drop it.
Did they force him to make these white characters into pigs? If that's the case it's probably for the better it didn't get greenlit. You can't make a white duo anymore.
Funny
Ryona on Vambre
This guy makes me so jealous. He has such a cool artstyle, but no ideas or creativity. His talent is wasted on him.
>cool artstyle
It’s not that amazing to be honest
Make the girl pig stuffed with pizza/fat
Shut up, Kyle.
rude
Frick off Cartman.
She needs shorter shorts and wider hips.
They sell vegan pizza right?
Nope they have to meet the pizza quota or THEY get served as pizza! They have side characters like the their highschool age coworker who works the register acting as an occasional straight man to jokes or the wacky janitor Smiggles who gives them ancient piggy wisdom. Their boss Boris Von 'Za can also turn pig mode but he's more of a warthog type of pig. He's also a wacky cannibal, and is depicted eating processed pig meat products to the disgust of our heroes. Every episode they have to deal with rude customers trying to slow them down so they can get their pizza for free or other unrelated entities causing set backs that keep them from delivering their orders to meet their quota.
Kyle deserves to fail and suffer badly honestly
He deserves a lobotomy
Not sure why I'm bothering to write this since everyone is just going to say "Shut up Kyle," even though I do not give a solitary frick about him or anything he's ever made. I think he's pretty terrible actually. But I just find it humorous that everyone here mocks his tenacity at getting another show on the air, but calls it based when anyone else does similar things. What's wrong exactly with preferring to get another animated show on the air instead of having even more trouble making a living in a medium he doesn't care nearly as much about?
Shut up Kyle
>having even more trouble
>when it comes to indie games
lol
lmao
> having even more trouble
> making a living
you forgot the second part. It's easy to put an indie game out. Not nearly as easy to make it profitable.
This.
https://gameworldobserver.com/2022/11/29/median-indie-game-earnings-steam-barely-over-1000
Should be noted that things like Undertale already had a strong support network (Homestuck/MSPA, Starman and its offshoot Fangamer etc.) to help propel it to the success it is. Most indies would kill to have such a similar sort of backing.
> What's wrong exactly with preferring to get another animated show on the air instead of having even more trouble making a living in a medium he doesn't care nearly as much about?
Most anons have never had any sort of artistic success whatsoever, so to in their minds you're supposed to take whatever you can possibly get. That includes drawing porn, making a game, making a graphic novel, etc. They don't realize that once you've actually established yourself and have a career going, it's less about what you *have* to do and more about what you *want* to do.
Kyle makes a living storyboarding on other productions. Sure, he'd love to have another show on TV, but it seems like if it doesn't happen, he'd be content to continue storyboarding. He doesn't have to make a game or comic nor does he want to.
But, to make a comic in your free time will not kill him; if you are artist, you have to create.
Anon's point is Kyle has a stubborn vision of making a cartoon, so he refuses to take a consolation prize of just making a comic of his ideas. In the fairest reading, it could be that his ideas don't work in another medium or at the very least not as well. However Kyle very much feels like someone who wants to be an animator over a storyteller. He's constantly pitching ideas so he can have a show, not he wants a show to tell his stories.
That's a point, but, in that way you get empty shows that the Time will forget, Mighty Magiswords, cof, cof...
I agree, but it's ultimately what he wants but it's probably also why he's just going to keep pitching predominantly shit that has no point and hoping that'll be his second break.
> if you are artist, you have to create.
nope. You make a comic if you want to make a comic. Who the frick says that animators have to make comics in their free time? After spending all day storyboarding you want to come home, crack open a beer, and watch some shit on youtube like everyone else does after they get done with their job.
If Kyle was struggling to get any sort of attention on his art I could see pushing that "you gotta do what you gotta do" mentality, but he already has a career in the field of his choice.
I think the only people who wouldn't get this are either failed artists or are aspiring but haven't gotten a foothold yet. Once you actually get regular work and it's become a career for you, you stop doing things because you have to and start choosing to do things because you want to. Kyle likes working on cartoon pitches. He doesn't like working on comics. Simple as.
I understand that if a person has a job, the person want to use his free time relaxing and resting, the adults do not have time for fantasies.
But there are the next three points.
* First, Charles Baudelaire says in The Painter of Modern Life that the artists in the beggining of this career has make sacrifice, because, by example, he try sell this creation in $200 and he do not want sell it in cheaper price ($100), he will sell it in $50 tomorrow.
* Second, France.
* Are you affirming that an artist person is less artist he create artwork being a failed artist, or else he works for company and he do not creat nothing?
* I understand that Kyle has a dream, but, he should watch the movie Soul and understand that not all dreams are factible.
* what the frick is that English?
* Kyle is not at the beginning of his career
* He’s already attained his dream of having a show. His dream was “factible”. Now he wants to do it again
Then why hasn’t Danny Antonucci made a comic? John K? Maxwell Atoms? It wouldn’t kill them to make a comic in their free time either.
Some people are really into animation.
We're not mocking his tenacity, we're mocking his inability to learn from his failures.
He's essentially pitching the same thing over and over again, just changing the setting into concepts that look like he was just throwing darts at the wall.
And this is after he'd already gotten Mighty Magiswords made and it flopped. "Mighty Magiswords, but it's a burger and an orange" isn't going to do any better.
But he insists that if he just gives it a new coat of pain, his Wacky Man and Wacky Girl cartoon will totally work this time.
I think if his goal was simply to get A show made, you're right - he should alter his approach. In his case, I don't think he wants to simply make any show...he wants to do a Wacky Man/Wacky Girl show. The market is not interested in that concept at all, but if creating these ideas is fun for him I could understand why he'd continue lobbing that hail Mary shot.
It's kind of like people who buy scratch-off lotto tickets. If they were serious about getting rich they'd probably do something else like save money, go to school, climb a corporate ladder or start a business, etc. In their case, they really enjoy dreaming for a few minutes while they scratch the tickets. I think creating these characters is probably fun for him, but I doubt most of them are ever seriously pitched to networks. They always feel much more like an exercise in impulsive creativity - just make something quickly without thinking about it too much. That's an incredibly important skill to have and something that needs to be practiced. It's kind of like a musician making a quick loop for tik tok as opposed to a full track that gets a proper release. The burger and shake characters feel more like a warm up "jam", while concepts like Moobeard are more of a serious pitch.
Kyle is ugly. His weird, toothy smile and porkchop sideburns bug me. He's slovenly and fat. He is uncomfortable to look at. His art doesn't do him any favors either.
>He's slovenly and fat
I think this is like 98.999% of what makes most haters perceive him negatively. If he was average sized and didn't have those giant mutton chops, I feel like people would barely pay attention to anything he's been doing post Mighty Magiswords.
If he looked like less of an ogre, people would like him more. Also if he did pitches other than "fat guy who dresses like he does and quirky girl do wacky things". Variety is the spice of life. And much like his diet, there's no variety in his work.
Is this like Samurai Pizza Cats?
yeah a lil bit
I want a ham slam
I wanna slam that ham
GIVE BACON
That better be Pepperoni Pizza
Yum!
Draw her fatter. She's a fricking pig.
I will now listen to your pitch…
Is this even a serious pitch? Piggis MacNamara kind of looks and dresses like Kyle. I could totally see this being a one-off joke. He was hanging out with a friend and they were super hungry and chowing down on pizza, someone makes a self-deprecating joke about how they're a couple of pizza piggies, and then Kyle drew this as a "pitch" but mostly as a joke for his friend.
Didn't this Might Magiswords guy get a pervert blacklisted?
Pretty based if you ask me.
She did it to herself. She created pedo incest porn and took credit for it. She also tweeted a lot of pedo/incest/rape fantasy shit.
She was a ticking time-bomb of problematic behavior and Kyle cut ties with her when he found out. It's not like he told other people some deep dark secret...she was just blasting this shit out into the universe and he made other people aware of that fact.
So the little degenerate couldn't keep it to herself and just chose to blame him?
Sad. Hope she gets her life in order, finds god and stops being such a sick freak.
Unless you mean it in a secular cliche kind of way like find jesus, you had me until "finds god," religion only makes people less happy than they could be, and all the positive aspects of it can be obtained with changes in secular worldview/philosophy. To be clear, I'm not a homosexual leftist, I am generally extremely right wing, and I hate trannies, think black people are entitled morons and believe that israelites definitely manipulate published science to suit their agenda. My hatred of libtard shit is their undermining of science, not them undermining my heckin precious metaphysical entity and muh western civilization meme
Didn't Kyle get in a fight with another animator?
I bet you did you fricking coomer
coomer
ftfy
The boar dude's a qt
His work feels so uninspired, like someone who loves cartoons but doesn't necessarily have any original ideas.
He really needs to stop insisting on the "Wacky hero and wackier sidekick" formula. It's not doing him any favors.
Kyle is the least talented human being in the world. Everything he does is pure fail and reeks of AIDS.
> the least talented human being in the world
How can you say that when people like guy exist?
Guy and his schizo meltdowns are lulzy, and his art is at least creative even if it sucks. Plus he has some based takes every now and then.
He doesn't even create it, he gets a robot to do it.
I'm gonna be honest, sometimes I secretly cheer for this guy to come out as a sexual predator. He just seems like such a shitty person with his posts, I can only imagine what he's like at the workplace.
i cant speak for anyone elses experiences but hes always been extremely nice whenever we crossed paths, nicer than a lot of people in the industry especially the catty b***hes. idk why he acts like a dick online
> idk why he acts like a dick online
I kinda get it. Fans can be the fricking worst. Most other jobs don't get running commentary and critiques from dumbasses who have no idea what the frick they're talking about. Most jobs you can go to work, come home, and unwind, but with entertainment focused stuff you'll get random dweebs constantly bothering you for shit.
No you didn't. You're just a shallow flavor of the month follow cartoon gay who wanted to put your dick in a pig.
WARRIORS FOR HIRE ARE HERE
Honestly I'd love for a video game to have Kyle's aesthetic. Mighty Magiswords already has the makings of several kinds of video game due to the setting and cast.
Imagine Hami Hox being voiced by Loona's VA
She was voiced by Amethyst's VA in the test animation, or that might have been another one of these pitches by Kyle. They all blend together.
It was when it was Pizza Hero Fumiko and they weren't pigs. It's really sad that was definitely his best pitch besides maybe Moobeard, I could easily see it carrying a series
Link to the full pitch?
>Pizza Hero Fumiko
Yeah that's it but damn the video is deleted now. I don't see any reuploads either. I hope this isn't lost media now.
>Hami Hox
>Sailor Bird
>Vambre Warrior
Kyle isn't TOTALLY useless
>here's my cartoon pitch
>there are animals
>and they do things that animals typically don't do
He really needs to start to think of settings for his cartoons
