>the audible gasp then groan
I saw it in a not quite full theatre maybe the second week it was out? I'd never seen Firefly before but yeah it surprised everyone.
After I watched this I realized it wasn't canon and just rewatched my DVD on my PS2 (original version)
Are you guys saying that the movie isn't canon because you didn't like or because it really is?
I ask because i know the series continues on the comics but i didn't read them.
Not either of those posts, but I saw both the show and the movie in short succession many years after release. Loved the show, but I thought the movie was a huge step down in quality. Couldn't see why fans of the show seemed to consider the movie on par.
I felt nothing. The show was too short to build any amount of investment in the characters and the movie just assumed I would care about all of it so much more than I actually did. Completely fell flat.
This is that dude who tripped and fell mouth open on Spacey's wiener then knew he had to finish the job but felt raped because of it somehow. He's also in psych the musical
I didn't because i was waiting for it, it was obvious that at least 2 of them would die on the movie since it was condensed at least an entire last season on it so it didn't hit me as hard as it could, but i was sad.
Not him, but I'm white and I can tell you that white people have no idea what "sudaca" means but it sounds like a brown person word.

I like how you don't even deny being brown. All you can do is deflect because you know you're brown and it fills you with jealous rage.

Wash and Shepherd didn't die in the original script. Universal only agreed to produce the movie if the main cast signed up to a multi-picture deal. Alan Tudyk and Ron Glass both refused so their characters were killed off.
Les
Loving every second

Nope. As far as I'm concerned the movie isn't canon, as a big fan of the show I can confidently say it was fricking terrible.
Are you guys saying that the movie isn't canon because you didn't like or because it really is?

Also i like the movie.
The comics were lame. The movie was lame.

I was more pissed off that river didn't die after her big sacrifice moment
I still don't know how she became a person again after she merged with the ship.
lmao

Jayne is one of a kind in Scifi.
Not really. That type of tough guy comic relief sidekick is common. Check Amos from The Expanse
I'm talking about the character himself. All the other tough guys with a few laughs are generic as frick.
Nah, Jayne's pretty lame compared to most
Amos isn't as comedic as Jayne and he's more of a sociopath than a moron
>remembers shit dialogue from shit movies
Yeah LOL, imagine ever having strong emotions about media, instead of a cynical npc like me.
I do have strong emotions about media, just not shit media.
Name 5 movies you consider good
The Fast and the Furious 1
The Fast and the Furious 2
The Fast and the Furious 3

It just made me go: wtf were the writers thinking everything about this feels wrong
the film was a mistake

No, it mostly just pissed me off. What a shit ending to the series, frick that gross homosexual Whedon.

It's a Tumblr movie, moron.
