He did fire him and they fire him in response by doing some star wars vote of no confidence on him. It's irrelevant because he's a genius surgeon and their boss so he'll just get employed somewhere else. Then again so was his firing of the moron who despite being a moron would indeed get a job somewhere else within like 1 hour. They're surgeons they don't just lose everything when they can't work at 1 hospital anymore.
There’s no way Dr. Han would be fired or lose his position. It’s pure fantasy. Doctors don’t get fired for being mean. Even nurses and reception don’t get fired for being mean. Hospitals are burnout central.
That being said, it is very difficult to sideline a surgeon so the autist would have a lot of leeway in his outbursts as he’s inherently valuable.
The most danger anybody here faces is an internal investigation and some recommendations based on the conclusions. Recommendations you don’t actually have to follow.
