Considering you think Vivzie's show has good "design diversity" something tells me you're a lost cause. But fine, I don't even like the show but Total Drama Island uses shapes and form in a somewhat interesting way. And like Hazbin there are designs in that show that are very much samey. But unlike Vivzie, where she puts every character in a suit, or have the same toothy grin, or pose the exact same regardless of it makes sense for their personality or not because "muh style". TDI at least makes the effort to have the character's appearance match the personality. So even if you don't hear these characters speak. You can still piece together that Lindsay is probably an blonde airhead, Gwen's a prep, Courtney is a prep, Duncan a punk, ectera, ectera.

Why do they all dress(sans Adam, but his design is a different story entirety) like they all hang out in the same suit and bowtie shop? Why does Angel Dust and Alastor have the same 2000s scene kid bangs, despite that type of hairstyle not being popular in their time period? Because Vivzie has a hard-on for that kind of character design. Charlie is meant to look like a "ring leader" but since every other character already dresses up in suits in ties by default nothing sets her apart from the rest of the cast.

Even "rule of cool"/over the top designs can still tell you something about a characters at hand without becoming redundant. For example, FFX a lot of the younger characters clothes give off a summer/beach vibe. Tidus is wearing swim trunks/fisherman overalls combo. It fits in with the overall tropical fantasy setting of X.

It suffers from pacing issues and "too many characters" syndrome. I also don't like that it turned the devil into a woobie.
But I also think it has a lot of effort put into it and I respect it as a project in spite of those flaws. The music numbers are also awesome.

Here I'll help out. The reason so many characters are in suit and bowties is because that's how their bodies were laid to rest. There I made Vivziepop character design choice almost sound interesting.

One thing I find pretty cool about current Vivziepop discourse is that defenders are usually able to deflect all criticism by insisting the aggrieved are problematic in some way (racist, homephobic, ableist etc) but HH really is just a narrative mess and there's no way to hide it behind progressive politics

But I also think she's clearly super passionate about her work and has insane dedication to it, show running 2 shows at once is crazy, jumping between LA, NYC and fricking Australia all the time to do it is even crazier, someone without some seriously insane dedication wouldn't do that.
