Did you try eye crossing? That's the cuck method because it inverts the image and it recedes instead of popping out but it's better than missing out entirely
[...]
What the frick I thought that was literally how you were supposed to do it
It's the only possible way to do it. That anon is gaslighting or moronic. Nobody can go sufficiently boss-eyed to get the patterns to overlap and it would not make the correct image. The image pops out because everything around it recedes
Any Cinemaphile characters in magic eyes?
I've found some Pokémon ones but nothing for cartoons. I thought there would be Simpsons ones but I didn't see any with hidden pictures
Using that site I realize you have to either practice to somehow cross your eyes or be "tired enough" for your eyes to blur such that a single image separates into 2 along the horizontal plane at least 1-inch apart in your vision while simultaneously being able to analyze things without moving your eyes to analyze it.
My problem is that such a state for me only lasts about a second, doesn't stay a consistent width, and I stare at the edge of the box to make sure it's working instead of the actual image, if they actually had the 2 dots printed on them where the image is to make the secret 3rd dot the exact length needed to see it like this video
Turns out there's no sailboat, it's actually supposed to be some shapes but I never see them either
the top row of shapes depth goes inwards though, also helps if you aren't close to the screen otherwise the shape parts separate out across horizontally
There's also a Rickroll one but I can't find it at the moment, Kind of amazing that they work in motion but my eyes start to feel a bit funny after too long
My problem has always been that I can see the images popping out, but can't focus on them enough to tell what they're actually supposed to be. So they just look like random pieces of shapes.
Look for something small and defined in the shape and get your eyes used to that. The rest should follow. That's how it is for me anyway
When you do get it you can see the edges perfectly defined

Dear God I finally got it and I feel like I've stepped out of Plato's cave, like there's been a whole new sense or dimension I've been unawares of.
Ironically looking at different ones the one in that link is the hardest to see and it's supposed to teach you how to do it lol, something about the image dimensions is throwing me off.
Are there any good cartoon magic eyes?
Found the cover for a garfield one
It's Garfield.

It's a shark or dolphin.
Are these easier on computer screens for some reason?
I don't know if it's my astigmatism but I've never seen shit in those books.

This is a gd lie. I do the single eye cross method and it looks fine.

I have astigmatism, and I've only ever seen it by crossing my eyes.
Same.
My middle school had 8 different 3D posters in the halls and it was unfair that I didn't know what 7 of them were.
don't worry , you're not missing much. they are pretty lame
nice cope depthlet
Lazy eye with one eye dominant makes it inpossible
That is my situation. Lazy eye, so no depth perception, bad at parking, no Magic Eye and so on.
Yes, I can see them pretty easily
Not sure this is really Cinemaphile related other than there being a comic about them for the OP image
I just space out like I've gone stupid, so my eyes goes off in the distance.
You need to fight your intuition to look at the book in front of you.
sorta relevant
i really wish i was having sex with bee right now
Clever.
Stupid.
Don't call me Stupid, stupid

I once had a magic eye choose your own adventure book. drove me up a wall that I couldn't see anything
Yes, I have depth perception.
Pretty gud. Woman at the desk looks a bit like she's T-posing even though the depth is right
You won't get me that easily!!
It's a sailboat
Goddammit.
For almost 30 years I've been unable to see these things, and now,RIGHT NOW the first one I've ever been able to get is a loss.
Well, I guess it's better than something NSFW if that's even possible.
Turns out there's no sailboat, it's actually supposed to be some shapes but I never see them either
1:30 btw

I could probably do it.
the top row of shapes depth goes inwards though, also helps if you aren't close to the screen otherwise the shape parts separate out across horizontally
I'm a god at these, can see any image in a second or two.
I was convinced it was a troll but there's no way that many YouTube commenters can keep up the ruse. Genuinely quite impressive to see in motion
There's also a Rickroll one but I can't find it at the moment, Kind of amazing that they work in motion but my eyes start to feel a bit funny after too long
It's fricking kino when the camera tracks around the back of the drummer
But yeah it's not pleasant when it hard cuts to a heart or something

I'm convinced that everyone who claims they can is lying to seem cool.
The Emperor has no clothes.
It's my only talent in life don't try and take it from me
I never bothered to stare at them long enough to try.
Shhh
theres something weird happening about halfway between the collar bone and the boob

You'd think AT would have some
What is it
Garfield
At best I get an outline, but everyone I know is like IT LOOKS SO REAL, IT'S JUMPING OFF THE PAGE.
Wait, what the frick.
It's Garfield.
It's a shark or dolphin.

Wikipedia has a nice demo of what they're supposed to look like
>mfw depthlet
I literally have to put my forehead to the screen to start then I can back up to 6 feet away before losing the image.
