2 is worth watching. It's not as good as the first and kind of goofy in parts but still entertaining and the monster designs are bretty gud (Del Toro reused it for The Strain).
3 is irredeemable trash and Ryan Reynolds was a colossal casting mistake.
Oh and for some inexplicable reason , one of the vampire lieutenants is played by Danny John-Jules aka cat from red dwarf, an incredibly obscure no name British actor. How the frick he wound up in blade 2 boggles my mind to this day.
He was quite a few high profile movies thoroughout the years. Some execs probably met him through comic book circuits and thought they'd get some more sales from the nerd connection.
2 is fun, they bring whistler back.

Studio interference led to it being less good than it could've been, but it also kind of resulted in Blade being handled properly. It was a very experimental time for these movies.

When Blade came out there wasn't "Marvel" billing. It was Wesley Snipes with a sword and then when you got to the theaters the music and Frost made the entire thing cool as frick.
