I don't mind her being black in the show

But why they made her so insufferable?

yes you are. all the boys identifies on some level with being the rise to power mc in a good show. it's only healthy and natural and a highlight of being a male. you wish to imitate the strength around you. in a way you are invincible and story-writers know this.

invincible is not even a mature man and neither powerfull, in the show they allways whoop his ass and being controlled by everyone.

Huge swaths of the politics of the people who make these shows are propped up on the idea that sassy black women are the master race, perpetually in the right, incapable of being awed by even superman. It gives them some sort of psychosexual thrill watching powerful men get put down by them, get told to "do better" "everything isn't about you" etc.

In short politics have fricking ruined tv what else is new.

Always thought the black girl was forcibly shoehorned in because she sucked and felt out of place but figured it was because of my racism but now I know.

woke black women are the worst people you'll ever meet besides a homeless child raping crack head. normal non woke or chimp mode black ladies can be really wonderful people, but that's the real world. israeli roastie writers are such unrepentant narcissists that they have to inject their talmudic bloodlust into every character they molest.

In the comic she was basically the typical oblivious gf of a superhero, they thought it would be an awesome twist if she actually knew he was a superhero the whole time but still hated him for blowing her off anyway. They thought it would make her look smart or empowered or something, but it just makes her look like an enormously selfish b***h for getting pissed at him for being late while he was literally saving the world.

the whole "moron, i knew all along you were a superhero lol" only makes her an egoistical b***h, plenty of times she gave him so much shit for missing a date or something when supposedly she knew he was saving people, what a shitshow

The thinking is that if he actually respected her he would've told her. I wouldn't expect incels to grasp the concept, but in adult relationships keeping secrets is generally seen as a detriment.

then why has every girl ive ever been seriously involved with kept enormous secrets from me, ones that hurt me deeply inside

          >Respect her by putting her in immense danger being superman's girlfriend
Is your desire to seethe about incels making you incapable of understanding a basic aspect of basically every super hero story?

          Superheroes aren't real.
          They're also teenagers ffs

          >but in adult relationships keeping secrets is generally seen as a detriment.
They're in fricking high school and have been dating for like a few weeks, you pathetic cretin.
OH NICE TO MEET YOU BY THE WAY I'M A FRICKING SUPERHERO

          Frick off

stupid matriarchal mind game bullshit. A federal agent doesn't tell his spouse about top secret missions. A experimental scientists doesn't tell his wife about the ufo's he works on. The underlying danger and security issues the truth brings outweighs your silly little needs to feel involved and "respected" disgusting emotional blackmail bullshit. just another way for b***hes to emotionally weaponize any fricking aspect in the relationship she can.

Spotted the incels. Also not knowing about the danger of being Superman's gf just puts her in more danger, morons. And the shitty comparisons to federal agents and experimental scientists is moot because the spouses know in most of those cases, and no I'm not saying the specifics of their jobs, just knowing what their jobs are.

if invincible or superman's secret identity were to be compromised THEN you have a case for informing your loved ones but other than that no your argument is moronic and the comparisons absolutely hold. you're just a nosy power hungry b***h

problem is that she gets mad at him for leaving him at the college on an emergency to save dozens, also she is lying to him as well since she pretended that she didn't know yet kept pressuring him for not showing up.

Something to do with female empowerment. A ditzy fluffy blonde girl wasn't woke enough. They decided that a """smart""" hyper-libshit black woman would make for a much more engaging character for someone who is literally just meant to be a tool for explaining the protagonist's problems balancing his normal life
And this really is the most insufferable character type ever thought up by the lizardmen.
    >Black Amber is SO smart, she knew Mark was Invincible the whole time!
So she KNEW he was going out risking his life fighting supervillains? She thought "DA SOUP KITCHEN" was more important than that and chastised him for almost dying trying to protect people? The writers just 12 gauged themselves in the foot and made her a selfish c**t.

i like comic version better but why did mark break up with her after that one issue where they establish that "she is different because she can look up?" It felt like a weak plot point just to make him get together with eve. and then she gets physically abused by her new bf which also doesn't really lead to nowhere? I liked the comic but it felt like it was all over the place sometimes, especially later on.
