Nothing, you should be glad
Has nothing indie/non-capeshit of merit been released?
no
Noncape that were really good off the top of my head
Karmen
Basket Full of Heads
Ice Cream Man
La Casa aka The House (by the guy who made Wrinkles)
Did You Hear What Eddie Gien Did
Probably remember more if I bothered to looking at my books and recall more.
>spoonfeeding the retard
This board is doomed to be complete shit forever because of dumb cunts like you.
Well OP, what kind of comics are you into?
I was mainly into DC and read the classic trade paperbacks and New 52, but have read some Saga, Fatale, and God's Country. I like Frank Miller's art style and Holy Terror. I've also read some undeground comix like Robert Crumb and Hate, which I think is really interesting. I live near a comic store and I want to buy real comics instead of reading them online.
The three "new" creators I've really been enjoying the last few years are Andrew MaClean, Alexis Ziritt, and Daniel Warren Johnson. All three bring an energy, excitement and sense of fun to their books that have kept me interested. Look up all three of them and check out their output the last few years.
Alright I'll check them out thanks.
I want something dark, disturbing, or hot. No gay reddit capeshit.
Sounds like you'd probably like Ed Piskor's Red Room.
Wow that looks fucking sick
We gay now
Nothing worth picking back up. In all seriousness find a new hobby, this one's become completely unsalvageable.
The Wally West Flash run is pretty good. That's about it.
Same here. After a roughbpatch and a move to another city around 2017, I didn't keep up. Sometimes I got old trades and issues. I think I ended up... heaven help me... more into figures than comics at this point.
From what I see at DC and Marvel, I dont think I missed much these. DC almost got me to try Rebrith. Glad I balked at it.
Modern, mainstream Marvel and DC have been such shit, watching Cartoonist Kayfabe has got me to go back and find back issues and old trades and I've been having fun finding old stuff for cheap that's been forgotten. Literally right now is probably the best time to buy old back issues since the speculator market bottomed-out a while ago, it's like buying Atari 2600 games for pennies. I just picked up all of Marvel Fanfare in various bundles and it's a super-fun, easily readable anthology series to go back to and enjoy without worrying about bullshit continuity or modern politics.

There's plenty of good stuff during Rebirth, before Bendis comes on.
Green Lanterns was great, and GL Corp was fun, Superman and Super Sons were fantastic, it was interesting reading Detective Comics with Clayface as part of the team even if Batman under King was crap.
And that was the last time we got Good Guy Lex Luthor, and Justice League International, I think? The one with Killer Frost and The Atom and Lobo where they tried to synergize a bit with the CW shows.
And that was when we got Otto Schmidt writing and drawing Green Arrow, that's a hell of a turn around from his previous works.
There was a bit of creative freedom going on.
Not everything was good, Teen Titans sticks out in my mind as being thoroughly mediocre, but by and large Rebirth was great.
SEXO
That's the cutest Gal has ever looked, why didn't she look more like this in the movies?
Had to be SERIOUS STRONG WOMAN
Lots of gay shit.
I guess DCeased was "popular", but as usual it turned massively gay. I'm talking 50% of the pages per chapter dedicated to gay.
Dark Knight of Steel, that AU where it's the middle ages and all of DC is there, same thing lol. It starts strong, then half of the content is dedicated to telling you who is gay.
Jesus Fucking Christ
You missed several opportunities to have a nice day, parasite. Do you own research and stop demanding others spoonfeed you easily obtainable information, you entitled sack of shit.
gee I wonder why
Comics are fucking dead.
