He didn't exactly say what Dan did to actually "help" Drake other than stopping Peck from having the role of the dad in Drake and Josh (which admittedly would've been terrible for Drake) and then after Peck got arrested, vaguely asking Drake if he was okay. Dan in his response vid said he helped Drake's mom prepare her statement, but this hasn't been corroborated or clarified by Drake or anyone else. Dan apparently didn't feel assed to actually show up on Drake's behalf in the courtroom.
