If the same timeline is followed, yes. However, as we saw with Peni and Noir, they come from another time period in their universes. Therefore, while normally Gwen would be way older than Miles if it was based on the same year in Miles' universe , Gwen was pulled into his universe at a time period when she was around Mile's age to make it less problematic.
