    >Benis was so obsessed with regular Black Americans, he couldn't tolerate the idea of Miles' father being Afro-Latino

I dont think its that deep I think thats just a consequence of Americans not knowing latinos can be black

No that's really what happened, Bendis is notorious for his fetish for black men

His parents raising him together and not being married has weird connotations, yeah.

It's very common for someone of his background. What's uncommon is the parents raising him together and the father being present.

Why'd he take his mother's last name if his father is present?

Without marriage I guess women get dibs since the child came out of them

No, the kid still gets the dad's last name. My sister was gonna get my dad's last name, but my mom convinced him to have it be hers as she didn't want to have two kids with different last names. She was afraid it'd make her look like a ho or something.

It's a cascade of Bendis frickups:
    1. Bendis and Marvel wanted to be sure people knew he was black/latino so one of his names had to reflect his latino heritage. Makes sense.
    2. Bendis named Miles father Jefferson Davis (as in, the confederate president). Stupid.
    3. If Miles took his father's name he'd be Miles Davis (as in, the famous jazz musician). Stupid.
    4. So Miles is given his mother's name. Fine, whatever, move along.

But why didn't they just make his mom black and his dad the latino Morales, it's such an obvious fix to an easy problem instead of inventing this whole contrivance

        see

Bendis thought of the name first, but couldn't stand the idea of a black man not inseminating a nonblack woman.

Benis hates black women having non-black husbands or partners.

Why not make his first name Latino and his last name black? Couldn’t they have named him Joaquin Jackson, or Rafael Robinson, or Carlos Carter, or whatever?

"Latino Black" would be a silly name.

Why does Bendis hate black women despite black worship?

I notices he sidelines Misty Knight too

No, he only worships black men specifically. He's a fat israelite who fully bought into the Blacked mentality, even before that was even a thing. Though he constantly swerves between wanting to be black and wanting to choke on black wiener.

not really. Black women commit much less crimes than black men.

on top of that, they jump on bwc

I know nothing about Bendis but every time I hear background shit about him it's always the most obvious things. "Bendis was given charge in writing a white character. Soon after, he made the character black, and changed the love interest into a israeli woman. He did this for his 4 adopted black children who didn't ask for it, and instead asked for an Xbox series X"
