Superman/Wonderwoman is like the quarter back getting on with the cheer leader. It couldn't be more vanila and soul less. At least Batman was like that weird emo nerd hybrid kid who makes home made bombs in their garage with cleaning chemicals or something.

batman is the most interesting man diana has ever met and bruce has no choice but to open up and become more vulnerable because she gently but steadily pulls it out of him. they're kind of perfect for each other. a mutual respect and admiration that turns into genuine love
and for the record i wouldn't call myself a batgay, but he was the best character on that show

Show is held up by nostagia and is only watchable NOW for it's action scenes and that Cadmus arc.
There's a reason why so many people remember the episode kids' stuff. WW had a personality during that episode. She was coy, empathetic and commanding. Basically meeting different obstacles with different shades of a young girl's personality.
But when she turns back into an adult she immediately goes back to being stoic and you remember that that's how people think a strong heroic woman should act. Unflappable and always meeting every problem with overwhelming force.
Despite being perceived as a loner hero Batman's almost always got the batfamily and a love interest and you can't easily shoehorn Catwoman into a Justice League storyline so you gotta go with the next available lady.
Batman gets THE heroine of DC begging for his wiener and her character gets to revolve around him.
fans of the pairing never say how Wonder Woman benefits, only how Batman benefits. At best they’ll say Diana gets more attention but getting attention just because of who you’re fricking never goes well, especially when one is more popular than the other.
I guess wonder woman being an amazon is hot and they self insert as bruce wayne. They likely think they as a super tall smart and kind billionaire would cuck steve trevor and marry the princess and have cool super hero adventures.
WW would be the ideal wife for Bruce since she could never be harmed and he would never have to protect her. Unfortunately this also means that it would remove his entire reason for being le batman so it will never happen, despite it making perfect sense.
The Batman did relationships with him better with him not giving a frick besides dating Catwoman and later Vicki Vale and basically just forgetting their asses.

Bruce's problems lie more on Arkham's revolving doors than on wherever he sticks the batdick into.
