Fionna questions it for like two lines after seeing those old videos of him but those worries are shot down instantly. The show portrays embracing escapist fantasy as a GOOD thing and accepting realities hardships as a bad thing. It's worse than fricking isekai anime
I'm 90% sure it's building up to them all seeing that it's not a good thing and finding an alternative. Likely with prismo sacrificing himself instead to add them to the multiverse properly.
