Why the frick he thinks this artstyle is good for a coming-of-age drama cartoon? The first time i saw this i thought this was gonna be some slapstick goofy show like Spongebob or something, they look like they should be bonking themselves with comically giant mallets, not having some existential crisis about growing up.
Yeah I fricked up while making the image and also got the introvert and extrovert thing mixed up, my bad. But otherwise it's still an accurate leak of the plot with a few lesser important details missing
>plot involves characters getting drunk at a party >said characters look like THAT
They don’t look like teenagers both in the sense that they look like they’re 10 and dress nothing like a teen would
Didn't he butcher all of his designs?
There was a racoon and rat girl sho was designed by somebody else and when he redraw them, all understanding of flow, silhouette and general character design was lost.
this is the problem with basing your entire artistic interest on one thing. mark can emulate butch hartman's style surprisingly well because it's probably the only thing he practices, but since butch hasn't drawn animals aside from whatever shows up in tuff puppy (and sometimes in FOP) all of them look like they're from a completely different series.
it's like those "x in powerpuff girls style" things where people just make shit up but have some generic ppg flairs and call it a day
Damn, so this is what zoomer cartoons will be like when they enter the animation industry?
>Gen X writing is popular world topic that will quickly fade into irrelevancy in a week with a dash of edgy humour. >Millennial writing is woke sissified garbage that tries not to offend anyone, with a dash of their personal nostalgia no kid under 16 would get >Gen Z writing will be painfully mundane shit no one would bare to sit through for a least a minute.
Looks mediocre to be honest but that's okay, it's the guy very first project, also it already looks way better than any other "youtube critic" Cinemaphile content so far, remember Daftpina and the Great Linkara?
Goofy art style
So, why are they animals?
Why not?
Normal words but cat and mouse guys
No it doesn't

The mouse character also does not sound like he's 15. Sounds more like a 10 year old
All he knows is Fairly Odd Parents and Sonic. It's a metaphor for LSMarc wanting to grow up but still not ever being able to move past his childhood.
Why is it called Catching Up?
The character's names are Throw and Catch.
Sounds hot
Sounds extremely mundane. I hope they end up fricking
>Revolves around revolves around

>Revolver Ocelot Revolver Ocelot
Can confirm, saw a leaked animatic that depicted the last half.
Now leak the whole thing. At least a full animatic with voices.

Rob's just short, he is a mouse

All of them.
Lame as frick generic furry designs. Can you imagine any one of these characters smoking a toke?
What the frick even is this kind of design?
Looks like a bird
Possum

So why do some have full clothing, some have partial clothing, and some are completely nude? Like where's the consistency?
He's following in the footsteps of most cartoon critics that try their hand in making a cartoon.
It does not look good.

You don’t even know the half of it, most zoomer cartoon pitches are just Regular Show clones with two furry characters working at a lame dead end job.
>Muhhhh zoomers
Seethe amerimutt.
Nope
>seething zoomie
Hey did you know that your euromutt brethren use the term "zoomer" too? Yeah, truly blew your stupid mind huh?
Is this AI generated?
Nope
>what if Tom and Jerry with existential mid-life crisis lmao
This Mick should watch more anime if all he wants is dull Slice-of-life slop.
this shit looks mid as frick. The art style and character designs are so fricking basic 2010's slop.
doesn't help that all of the cast have colors that dont even complement each other in anyway. its like peak fricking deviantart art trash.
Also I got zero faith in the writing. It will probadly be the most basic writing known to man.
