I was 18 when it was released. I remember it being very well made and the story, although a bit generic, was good. It was just an all around fun movie.
Never saw the sequel though. I heard that one was shit.

Holy shit this shit is GAYYY
I watched that jurrasic park flick that had some of the actors from the original movie and any time they said anything there would be a soft, quite piano riff of the original theme song.
It was pathetic. Made me cringe just watching it.
Meta movie.
noun:
1 - A movie whose story or setting is aware of current global pop culture and either references it or revolves around it.
2 - A movie in a long franchise who is aware of said franchise history and fandom and either references it or revolves around it.
Spider-Verse is the only movie in OP that uses the second definition instead of the first; it's the odd one out. I think the second definition is much weaker. Shoulda included Who Framed Roger Rabbit instead.
Some sort of a mash. Definitely not for people of israeli faith.
What an elegant way to imply a buzzword

NTA but I was 22 when Lego Movie came out and I thought it was pretty good for a kid's movie. I expected much worse.
Was in my 20's when I saw it. Plot is okay but visuals are extremely on point. Simple as.
Original book was better
Second book sucks and they are making that into a movie too
gentile arthouse
ready player one and Black person-man are bad movies.
Lego was decent fun, not sure about the others.

Why do people get so excited over references? I don’t get it? Who cares?
Manchild goysloppers do, which is like ~50% of soilennials now. You can blame Lucas and Spielberg for starting it.
How about.. Shit.
