Im no expert but that armor looks good, a lot of the armor in this show looked great.
It looks like something someone would actually wear and they actually made the dried blood the right color.
GoT consistently managed to make armour look like shit. It's all, muh boiled leather and grime.
Dickon Tarly is heir to Horn Hill and jure uxoris heir to Maidenpool.
A homie like that wouldn't be caught dead wearing that ratty looking piece of shit armour.
The books had much more color full armor or at least more ornate, with like heraldic symbols and patters and gemstones and shiet, got the movie just had everyone wear grey or dull metal colors
it's culturally engrained into our heads that the medieval time period was drab and dirty.
even if it isnt historically accurate, this is what people roll with because it immediately sets a familiar tone of a movie in that time period.
vibrant colours, heraldry and wealth on display would only irritate viewers, same with painted marble statues from classical antiquity
honestly dickon and randall made the right choice. they wouldn't have wanted to live in the world dany and her merry band of morons were trying to create.
only the dead may know peace from gurrlllpower
yeah but dany and her band of morons could die at any moment
kneel now and figger it out later, you can always an hero in a way that sucks less than burning alive if it doesn't work out
to be honest the show makes it look a bit moronic but in the books dragonfire burns so hot you'd basically be a pile of ash in an instant. not a bad way to go

One of the themes of the story is being honorable has a long-term good effect while being a b***h and letting people know it is pretty much a social death sentence, if not an actual death sentence.
Because of the red wedding for example, the young Freys already died and every side on the war already garanteed when its over they are going full nazi on their asses. I don't remember really well but I think by the last book it was mentioned the Trident became a shithole and no one even talks to the Freys anymore.
Didn't Dickon's death on the show kinda start the whole "She is actually fricking crazy" thing on westerosi?
if she was westerosi but in the eyes of the common folk she was an invader riding hell bests with a horde of eunuchs and dothraki rapists so sparing the lives one or two lords ins't going to change that
Burning a dozen people alive who already laid down the weapons just because they don't agree with you being queen is bad.
This has been her mmo since she got her dragons, she resolves most of her conflicts with dragonfire and the ones she doesn't end with absolite shit shows like Mereen at least in the books

>Sam is in the Night's Watch and cannot inherit lands or titles. >Dickon would be the last male Tarly after Randyll's death >I'll just choose to end my house, my dad doesn't point this out
Also: >Randyll never told Daenerys he fought for her father against Robert Baratheon and was the only commander to defeat him in battle
BRAVO DABID
I would kill myself too if I was named Dickon
Look at those proportions. How much thinking could he possibly be doing?
Kek
>proportions
'ickon 'ead
Rather be in capeshit?
He fell for the muh honor meme
Men are just as moronic and emotional as women

In the earlier seasons

Is googling "armor" illegal in Hollywood and they just have to guess how it looked?
Otherwise why the frick they almoust never get it right

Stupid ass Dickon
'i cant believe this show is popular, this is worse than playing billy bones on the gay pirate show, they didnt even write in a reason to kill me off'
honestly dickon and randall made the right choice. they wouldn't have wanted to live in the world dany and her merry band of morons were trying to create.

Burning in dragonfire would probably be painless. It's really hot.
I guess, but as
this anon said, the show makes it look agonizing.
to be honest the show makes it look a bit moronic but in the books dragonfire burns so hot you'd basically be a pile of ash in an instant. not a bad way to go
what about quentyn

Why is this picture so fricking funny
No idea.
>"Potion seller, I'm going to talk too Daenerys, and I want your strongest potion of fire resistance"
Billy bones
Dickon Tarly has a twelve inch penis

She made perfectly reasonable decisions in that episode and then Tyrion and Varys suddenly start talking about how she's going crazy.
Burning a dozen people alive who already laid down the weapons just because they don't agree with you being queen is bad.
She stopped making "perfectly reasonable decisions" several seasons ago. b***h was batshit, I saw the writing on the wall early
The actor is fricking jacked thats why his armor is so big. Billy "Biceps" Bones from Black Sails
Sexon
>refuses to kneel to a prostitute queen using monsters and savages to murder his people
>chooses to burn alongside his father
absolutely based
>Sam is in the Night's Watch and cannot inherit lands or titles.
