It's pretty great under 90s standards.
Pretty solidly funny movie, it does a good job of sending up the few Superhero movies/media of the time.
Greatest speech about egg salad in history.
Best low level supers media I've seen. Honestly it feels like a JLI arc, and while it's a shame the team didn't go anywhere, the Flaming Carrot comics didn't have any legs in my experience.

Ben Stiller has this really weird way of making movies that on paper sound like the worst fucking thing ever, and any description of them makes it seem like something I really should absolutely hate in every way. But they are fucking amazing.
Zoolander is the same way, on paper it sound fucking terrible, but it's 10/10
Strangely enough, I think it nails the team dynamic better than any other live action thing has.
And it's aged better than most of the stuff that came after it.
It gave us Allstar, which was written for this film.
It's pretty fun and underrated with a good cast and team dynamic, like another anon said, I could see it being a JLI plot, not a masterpiece or anything but it's a good movie to watch, All Star's a good song too

It is a good movie if you see it as a goofy parody. In a what if the heroes dont have usefull superpowers way.
Otherwise it is not that good as you dont get a good story that goes beyond your standard writing.
