>muh dark and edgy batman
Batman is a comic book character and comics are for kids. I watched the Batman and Robin movie as a kid and enjoyed it and now I appreciate it being a fun movie for kids.
The only problem i have with Batman & Robin is that is a continuation of the Tim Burton movies. B&R is obviously a Adam West Batman movie, the dark aesthetics dont mix very well with that humor.
You are right, they don't make sense as sequels to the Tim Burton movies. The Adam West Batman is my favorite Batman so I liked the Schumacher movies but if I had to think of them as part of a "universe" I guess they'd have to be in a different canon.
I loved this movie as a kid, then hated it (as is per custom for this one) as a teen and young adult, and now as a 33 year old man, absolutely love it again. I love the goofy-ass vibe and all those ice-related puns make me wish I was in the writer's room. It must had been top tier fun trying to up each other with a cornier/funnier ice-related joke and giggling like school girls imagining Arnie spouting those lines.
Same here, also in my 30s and I appreciate it now. I don't thnk I'm even nostalgic for the 90s, I was just a kid and also feel like it was a pretty bad era in general, but this movie and the one before were very cool.
Also Uma Thurman is a genius.
Only moron normies hate this batman movie and think le dark batman is better.

I still think they did a good job keeping a balance of dark and camp on their own though.
it was the nipples
Only closet homosexuals are afraid of the nipples.
Gears 6 looking cool.
heh
>I will never be this cool
real frickin weak carlos
>DA DA DA DA DA DA DA DA
>You're as cold as ice
>You're willing to sacrifice our love
>It's Mr. Cool Ice to you girly man
Why did Batman have nipples?
Coolest motherfricker alive
>Why did Batman have nipples?
His body armor was meant to represent a perfect male body and it was inspired by ancient roman statues.
Greek and Roman armor also sometimes had sculpted muscles and nipples.
Neat, I did not know this.
B&R haters double BTFO.
>Is that the tattoo parlour? OK, can you make sure I never get fricked again please?
>cool party
>Ice to see you.
McBain did it first as well as better.
>chinese villain in a movie
>"RICE to meet you!"
Wow, movies were pretty racially insensitive back in the day.
>Indian character is lagging behind
>The MC shouts: "Curry up!"
>Everyone laughs
Doesn't seem very nice.
>MC is about to kill the italian antagonist
>"Pasta la vista!"
Did nobody realize how offensive this is?
I miss movies like this.
Same. I had zero interest in watching the new The Batman when I saw it was more dark and edgy shit. And I have no interest in the MCU.
>I have a cold to pick with you
MOGGED
He's a little guy
