tier 7: ralph bakshi's wizards, flight of dragons, short circuit, muppets, Nemesis the Warlock, good stuff that has less exposure
tier 8 and 9: quality stuff that is extremely obscure depending on where you are. like eurocomics are sometimes higher quality but few people in the u.s. know about them
tier 10: most obscure, so obscure you can't rate the quality as genius or trash. elm enchanted forest
