If he can use the powers of the people he turns into, why does he even need a gun? Apparently he can even turn into characters he's never met.

If the writers were smart he'd turn into mutants with projectile weapons like Random, but instead they chose to make him non-binary because "he changes form."

Morph has been non-binary in the comics for a long while

Rogue is supposedly in her 30s and Magneto in his 50s when they hookup.

no anon, talking about 90's series, Rogue was a kid when her father kick her out and a disguised Mystique recruited her, then Carol Danvers happened and she ran away from the brotherhood because of it and when Charles found her she still was underage. Now X-Men97 is saying disguised Mystique brought her to Magneto before she joined the X-Men

I don't remember them implying they hooked up in the original. Shit I barely found out they hooked up by watching the 97 series but she's in her 20s when they first meet in the comics, supposedly her 30s when she's with the X Men. I thought she absorbed his powers sometimes but she absorbed Polaris powers permanently so their magnetic powers cancelled each others out. Kinda weird you never see her do weird magnetic tricks.

They have no connection in the 90s series that's why it comes as fanfiction

When I watched the original show as a kid, I always assumed him and Mystique would at best get the basic shape related powers of the people they turn into. Both because they carried guns and because it would be too unbalanced otherwise.

      >"But the weirdest question asked about the titles concerns the little green man with the big bald head. Who is he? Fan sites have hazarded guesses. I thought I just didn't know the books well enough. But Larry [Houston - the designer of the credits] recently told me (after a fan asked) that the bald guy was a mistake by AKOM (the animation studio) that they wouldn't fix. He isn't anybody! Who he may have been meant to be has long been forgotten. He's just another example of a flaw caused by lack of time and money, but one that seems to have been forgiven by the fans."

he can copy physical mutations only. He can turn big like jugg and blob and be a bit strong. fast by turning into quicksilver but nowhere near his speed, can fly using characters with wings, etc.

All mutations must be physical at some level.
