Vicky is the strongest and the most volatile, she would tear both of them apart. Vicky's power level is leagues above the other two.
Karine is taller and smarter than Jenny, but does not have Vicky's natural bloodlust. But she has a lower center of gravity and would be difficult to knock over.
Jenny has heart and perseverance, but either of them could frick her up in a fight, also easily outsmarted.

There are two separate episodes centered around the premise of Bill getting jacked because he's actually motivated for once, and at multiple points in the series Bill pulls off some legitimately impressive physical feats like tying his record or keeping the furniture in the truck.
