Benson is many things but I think he's mature enough to be a boss and dish out orders, especially towards a bunch of insipid twenty somethings he wouldn't really be compatible with. If anything, any sexual frustration he may feel may make him even more temperamental. Legitimately, I think the only real person in the park who would hit on a female Mordecai is Muscle Man, assuming he met Starla at some point and not before Mordercai and Rigby came, and only as a lay. I think even a male Rigby wouldn't hit on a fem Mordecai, I think he would realize that it'll be stupid on top of her being a childhood friend. I could see maybe they'll do it as one time thing but I can never see it ascending over FWB.
