I imagine it would be a spooky school slice of life show.
I can imagine Sibella being intimidated by the fact her father is THE Dracula. Not some average run of the mill vampire, but the dark legend himself. I wonder if she'd feel like she has some great expectation to fulfil as a result of who her father is.
Wouldn’t that make her the female equivalent of Alucard, or would he be a separate character and older brother to her?

Every now and then. I can see Shaggy and Scooby pop up to take the girls on field trips or maybe to help them out if they do get involved in a mystery that's over their heads.
I’d prefer if they were a constant presence in the show. Basically, acting as if they never dipped out at the end of the special.

Wacky monster girl highjinks paired up with a stuffy all boys military school is all you really need, I'd say the movie would been much better off you cut Shaggy and Scooby out and sold as a backdoor pilot episode.
It would really be interesting to see that, so they are already developing the chemistry with the boys so that they can be their future couples

Nah the kids are all early teens and pre-teens any romance between them is gonna by puppy love can't do that with a gay couples if they're not sucking faces everyone will look and say "Oh they're just good friends" and will be right.

Man, Disney just wiped an entire generation of potential stories and got away with it. Superman and Batman would have been public domain before the Beatles rooftop concert if Walt had suck-started a shotgun instead.
The standard now is 95 years after date of first publication. Even Scooby still has over four decades of still being copyrighted.

To this day I have the impression that the entire film is simply episodes that were made before the series was canceled and so that people's work would not be wasted, it was decided to combine them into one film. There we probably have three different threads, a volleyball match, a meeting between the girls and their fathers, and Revolt suddenly appearing without any mention of her before. Someone just came up with the idea, "Hey, what if Scooby, Shaggy and Scrappy were teachers at a school for girls who were real monsters?", they approved it, but probably halfway through they decided it would be better to cancel it and release it as a movie in Hanna-Barbera Superstars 10 series.

But on a positive note, it could be fun to have a standard Scooby-Doo mystery where the monster is one of the girls grown up, just having misconstrued interactions with the human world being the reason the gang were called in the first place. Maybe the wolf girl? Not sure if the undead girls can "grow".

Maybe it's better not, I don't know about current movies, but I know that 2 movies with Scooby Doo, in the first one they had to catch the last 13th demon from this series 13 Demons of Scooby-Doo, and there they explained that there was actually only one demon Asmodeus and that was actually an illusion created by Vincent van Ghoul's henchman Mortifer so that he could steal and sell the chest. The rest of the 12 demons were hallucinations caused by the thin air of the Himalayas. In the second one called Return to the Zombie Island, they explained everything was explained like this the werecats were disguised treasure hunters and the zombies were hallucinations caused by swamp gas. So it would probably turn out now that Ghoul School is a school for actors.
Just distance it away from the Scooby brand so that they can still be monsters. Maybe have Shaggy and Scooby show up for a cameo or an episode or two.

Just make it slice of life, add any other element episodically or build it through several episodes but nothing specific is needed as a main plot.

One of my greatest Cinemaphile related sadnesses is the fact that some anons were working on a Ghoul School VN a few years ago but it never got past the earliest stages
I would add more monsters, of course they would have accents from the regions they come from, Baba Yaga could be a teacher and have a Russian or any other Slavic accent, Kobold a German accent, Cuca could have an accent from South America. Of course, other characters from the Scooby Doo world would appear in the episodes, such as Vincent van Ghoul, Flim-Flam or Hex Girls, and there would definitely have to be girls from the end of the movie.
