Season 2 up to the barn sequence was such a better show than the rest of the crap fans got
Only the first 2 episodes of S1 were good, everything after that was soap opera trash

Shanes arc in S2 is better than anything in S1

Funny how Shane's views not only wouldn't have been considered extreme in later seasons, they'd have seemed too peaceful and reasonable. His only sin was being ahead of the curve.

I stopped watching after they left the jail
stopped watching after negan showed up
tanked through s5 and s6 for the lols along with my gf but it was bad
the glen death fake-out did it for me, then i speed-watched until a bit after negan bashed his skull in. last i heard negan is a good guy. not even interested in finding out how they pulled that shit off.
They just stuck him in prison and then did a 7.5 year time jump over about half a season and voila ...good guy Negan. Helped that Rick left the show and then so did Maggie until her ABC show got cancelled and she returned a year and a half later.

After Andrew Lincoln left the show. He and Jeffery Dean Morgan deserve far better than being glued to this shit show
