Here's my theory: Slott's notes about Christina only said "she's a teenager and a bit older than Bailey". During the first 2 issues she was drawn as a 15-16yo, but after seeing how well Bailey the 10yo hero was received by shotagays (and children I guess), Slott or some editor decided to appeal to e-girlgays and make her just barely older than Bailey. This also explains why in the main Spider-Boy comics Bailey's own design changed from being a skinny manlet with messy hair to a cute little boy with a round baby face and the "standard shota haircut".

Honestly, this shitty mini series has finally broken me. It's not like it's especially significant, but it's just yet another example of characters getting fricked up and having to hope they'll eventually get put back on track by a better writer, only for them to get fricked up again. If anything, it's just funny how it's Slott, who was supposed to be done with Spider-Man, and he can't even remember the details of his own big finales (like Otto sacrificing himself for Aunt May and being given a blank slate by Peter)
Like maybe in 2-3 years we'll actually get someone who addresses where Superior Four ended off, or acknowledge in at least some space why Otto has gone back to being a full-on villain, and that'll last for a few months, and then he'll be fricked up by another writer not long after that. I can't take it anymore.
