The show is good, flawed but good.
Pretty sure the reason for the cancellation was both gay stuff and the fact that Disney HATES having to use money for animated shows
Show was too serialized for DisneyTVA which wanted comedic, episodic shows that could run any episode at random. This plus COVID making Disney slash and burn at everything that wasn't parks and movies meant it got the shortened episodes.
It wasn't because of the gays as Dana stated only like one guy opposed that and he later apologized during the show's production. If Disney didn't want that, they would just said no on the show entirely. If anything, Dana said S&P opposed the more dark horror background parts.
Also, Caleb abandoned his faith and his principles for not just any prostitute, but a devil-worshipping, baby-sacrificing, dark magic using prostitute. That's shameful, Belos was far too kind to him.
Imagine throwing away your soul for the most immoral, degenerate and soulless woman you could ever get with
It wasn't really cancelled so much as severly shortened, it was always planned to end on three seasons, but instead of getting a full 20 something episode season they had the budget slashed to the point they could only make three double length episodes which means a lot of sub plots were thrown out
After Owl House. I read Witch Hat Atelier and felt it was both similar and waaaaay better. OP if you continue watching, just remember this.
Was not really a fan of the changes in Season 2, and "Season 3" was pretty lame.
>YOU'RE EITHER LYING OR YOU'RE STUPID
>nooo you can't have your own opinion or like every show you watch you need to be cinical and hate everything nooooo
Definitely stupid
God I love it when Megatron puts that homosexual Starscream in his place.
>Candidate for Mr Cinemaphile?
Eh I’d rather Megatron than Megatron. I mean Megatron is cool but there’s something about Megatron soothing voice that Megatron lacks.
Because the tome of the show changes a few more times in just the first season, then goes way off the rails in the second.
It should have stuck to Luz being an apprentice to some dirty drunk hobo witch
>Why was it cancelled?
Too gay and satanic for Disney's executives. Also Danna turned the show into her personal erotic fantasy mid-season.
sexo with Luz, btw

But I thought Disney was fine with homosexualry now?
They both are and they aren't.
They love to say "YEAAA WE ALLY YES WE GAY YASSS" but then the moment they have to show actual gay stuff they sperg out and cancel or censor something

Basically Disney picked a Harry Potter cartoon but the showrunner did a lesbian cartoon instead. Also children didn't watch the show
Belos did nothing wrong
>becomes a mass murderer because his brother gets laid
>muh getting laid
Fornicators get what they deserve. The marital bed is sacred.

Probably because of the self inserted pedo writer on the show pushing her shit over everyone
>pic related
Anyone got a Mega for season 3? Can't find it on the archive
Can’t blame you it’s gotta be hard to find a turd in an ocean of piss.
It was mid.
That’s praising it too high, it wasn’t even mid
