Disney does not get your money, and you can still b***h about the movie with total knowledge.

Or you could actually ignore their product and any other products that have this deep a hold on you, find something you enjoy and use the time and energy you spent being able to b***h about a movie that you haven't seen.

But I do that. I've zero interest in Indiana Jones. I never had any. I watched second one only, and only that because I somewhat like Spielbergs camerawork. At the same time, It's funny seeing Disney fall. Knowing some of the oneliners and plot of this trainwreck (?, maybe it isn't, but I'll never know, lol) I can help bringing down evil conglomerate that is forcing it's view on the world.

Its not a bad movie but its the weakest of the original 3.
In some ways its unique and outshines the other 2 but overall 1 and 3 are just better films

going straight to a prequel was probably a mistake. they didn't have any room to do real character work like they did in the other 2.

I still can't get my head around how great that
shot is when the life raft is thrown out of the
plane and we follow it all the way down, as it
inflates, until it bounces on the side of the
    mountain.

It's not a bad movie whatsoever, it's just the least consistent and weakest when compared to the other two. Much better than Crystal Skull, however.

I reported his video for racism. Indians do not practice Voodoo. There is no Voodoo in this movie.

Here's what James Rolfe had to say about this situation

    >As a curator of film I feel responsible to let you know. As much as I recommend Temple Of Doom, there are some scenes that contain racial stereotypes which aren't funny whatsoever. It was wrong back then and it's wrong now. So that's something as a word of precaution. But as a whole, Spielberg's body of work, he's a great director

Temple of doom doesn't even get interesting until like an hour in. Willie fricking sucks. The mystery pales in comparison to the lost ark or holy grail. Gross Indians aren't nice to look at. And the humor is way too much, people say it's the darkest but it's really not, and the stupid minecart scenes make it feel like a video game

    >temple of doom is hiveminded to think is good, despite Capshaw's performance being worse than Coppola's
    >outside of that performance there is very little to value

    >somehow temple of doom is tolerated, even praised by plebs like op, and godfather 3 is ostracized

Action movie fans live in a different universe. They are willing to tolerate everything, and get hyped by one liners and cameos. Whereas drama directors need to deal with uni dropouts that are capable of writing somewhat coherent essays on failure of using serifs on the title screen.

I liked it because of the cool death magic or whatever. Ark was only cool because of the end were all the dudes faces melt off. Otherwise I was pretty bored by all of those movies as a kid.
Granted I havn't watched any of them since then, so maybe i'd feel differently now.
