I would say so yeah, absolutely. Alan Moore did something there with a 90s XTREME version of Superman dealing with all the other eras of the character and what they represent. He means as a critique as he always does.

Where's Supreme and Captain Dynamo during Invincible? You'd figure they'd try to stop Nolan.
Don't exist in the timeline Invincible takes place in, but a version of Omni-Man exists in their comics, and presumably his family as well.
Since Dynamo Five exist and appear in Invincible, it's safe to say Dynamo Man also had a version. However, the whole series' gimmick is that he's already dead and his powers got shared among his children.
As for Supreme, he had some grudge against Omni-Man, but he's been in comic book limbo for very long.
Captain Dynamo is a guy who's dead by the time Dynamo 5 begins: it's actually about a team of disparate college aged kids who discover they each have an individual superpower of the late Captain Dynamo. Because he fricked their moms. The book is okay until about halfway through when the writer gets bored and changes the status quo in a way that doesn't really work for the characters.
Shame. He looks cool.

I'm glad someone mentioned "Dynamo 5." I thought it was a good read, right up to the point where they made those changes you mentioned. Yeah, those didn't work for me at all.

Good ole Dynamo 5. It had alot of potential and was a fun read st first. Then the writer shit the bed.
With all the not!Supermans and Superman subversions out there, are there any, I dunno what to call it, Omni-Man subversions? Like, what would be an evil Superman story/character where said evil Superman ends up being good? I kinda wanna do one like that, or read one if it exists.
