I don't even know what people are talking about when they comment on "anime cliches" anymore. It just sounds like a bunch of meaningless shitposting.
As for the show, it's about Clark trying to become Superman and Lois trying to become a reporter and Jimmy Olsen trying to get the two hooked up. There's definitely more goofy comedy going on and it's not like any sort of world-ending ongoing threat. You need to be interested in the character interactions and seeing people work out how they're going to grow into their roles, as opposed to it just being Superman and Lois and whatever the threat is this week.
To be fair it's a show for kids so if, as one, you can actually enjoy it as original and worthwhile because of your lack of exposure to previous media, unironically good for you.
What's the deal there? I know there's been some kind of big shake-up at CN this year but don't really know anything further.

David Zaslav WarnerBros+Discovery boss moving shit around killing smaller divisions consolation shit, there's a bunch of media scandals of him killing news stories in magazines etc.
Basically a big whale is making waves and Superman is tiny minnow that barely survived being canned and written off at a loss.
Just read Berserk
Haven't watched this yet, is there any actual writing in it or is it entirely built with anime cliches as every image I've seen so far attests to?

>it's a show for kids
It's on Adult Swim. The main villains at the moment are Waller and Deathstroke.
>It's on Adult Swim.
So is Billy and Mandy
Oh ok that's 100% embarrassing then
it's only AS cause shenanigans, it was made for kids in mind

>Jimmy Olsen trying to get the two hooked up
Shouldn't have interrupted them on the couch then.
They mean "I'm angry my narrative that everyone hates Superman is being disproven." See:
People just use buzzwords when they can’t think of any real critiques
Such as "buzzwords" for example
“Force soul”
Awkward because Clark is a virgin?
Not according to Lana Lang.
Not canon.
Clark is pure, he doesn't even jerk off.
Lois is Clark's sexual awakening. He's jerking off furiously to her
>sex
And this is what every thread of this show is about: coom
Also, the shill center threads couldn't be more obvious.
Lois is
horny
I'd rather see the on model porn that a good artist has imagined.
>a good artist
>faux anime toon
Funny that she is not hitting a wall .
Clark busts a nut so powerful it goes right through Lois like a mortar round.
Blood, guts sprayed all over the place with a and a cum-stained hole in the ceiling
Clark in this show may be the best example in animation of designing characters for the female gaze.
