Basically the ball joints of your leg bone has its bloodflow interrupted, and the joint dies and slowly rots away and there's no way to cure or fix it. He had to get a double hip replacement at age 27. I drink quite a bit but I'm still terrified that it's going to happen to me too.
I saw a young guy come in to the ED with an ulcer in his foot that wouldn't heal after getting hurt while cutting wood
Turns out he was diabetic and didn't even know it which led to him losing his foot from gas gangrene from that ulcer he got
