Movie's mediocre and has 2 or 3 obviously, heavyhandedly inserted woke scenes (the policemen, the hand kissing and le abortion is good finale) and le men are le bad dialogue lines.
Sydney's acting is ok but the plot is very derivative and predictable.

There were things I enjoyed about this film but the final act falls apart into this bizarre men are bad and abortion is cool nonsense. Should have gone in more on the cult angle with the nuns in red facemasks. Felt like the whole movie just took a wrong turn.

I wanted her to pray to Jesus and have him save her, and the lesson of the movie would be to pray to Jesus. Instead they made a mockery
No, not surprised. Disappointed. The first half of the movie sets up an interesting premise that doesn't rely too much on tired tropes. A level of paranoia, not knowing who she can trust. Potential villains could be anybody regardless of gender. Despite the movie featuring mostly women, suddenly by the final act all the villains are men. No nuance to it, no other women working with the men, just rapey dudes being rapey - all the cultist shit out the window.
Then we didn't even get to see the dumb gay demon baby she shat out because she got trigger happy with her abortion rock. What was even the point of any of it. Man bad kill baby good!
She was great at the screaming and stuff in the last act of the movie. She was uniformly terrible otherwise, no real charisma and mumbles her lines in a valley girl accent. She sounds like a bored teenager and it was just the wrong vibe for that film. Also it was cringe how every character that meets her for the first 1/4 of the film tells her how beautiful her face is.
