We went from having Captain America, the Hulk, Iron Man, Thor, Hawkeye, Black Panther, Spider-Man, to She-Hulk, Iron Nigress, Kate Bishop, Cassie Lang, Kamala Khan, Wanda etc. No one cares about these female characters.
Wanda is their only genuinely popular female character and they ruined her, to the point Olsen now hates Marvel.
Everything after Endgame could no longer hide it was complete trash. I've always hated the MCU and its amazing to see capeshit on the decline. Here's hoping it goes the way of westerns in the next few years.

gotg was like the last twitch a body has before it kicks the bucket and shits itself. He finished their story, they are done. What you have now is nothing. Captain Marvel and squad? Lame. Young avengers? Super lame. The fact that RIRI is the Iron man replacement and not his i love you 3000 daughter shows you everything wrong with this direction. I cant think of a popular character left? Loki? But he got really devalued by being on tv. In fact Marvel TV shows is where I really think they killed the franchise, they took away the event fun of the movies and made you do 3 times the homework to follow along

Doubt it. After Endgame, GotG3 was needed to properly end this shit. No upcoming movie will be able to get that Phase 3-tier aura. Personally, I won't see another MCU movie in theater after this one (I will maybe pirate one if it seems decent or just to laugh).

i too hoped they did more with modok. they even gave him a redemption arc. so making him an avenger would then be a new twist on the character and add entertainment to new movies.
