Except for a few alterations to rid of anything the writers don’t like.
Example: cat woman never had a baby with Slam Bradley.
The Young Justice Generation and Stargirl only aged a year since pre-flashpoint.
Shazam totally sticks to the post-flashpoint continuity in order to keep Billy younger and in tandem with his DCEU depiction.
Clark and Lois having Jon is retconned into continuity.

This is a problem. The same problem Didio had with the Titans, but actually a problem. What will they do when Tim and Damian are the same age? It already went from a 7 year age gap to a 4 year.

Ultimate DC is never happening, they don't have the money and there's a ton of adaptations and elseworld comics already to get new readers on board. Ultimate Marvel existed to makes things easier for new readers in a world where the only major adaptation outside of tv was Blade.
