No, the Skrulls are boring af. Rhodey fighting armored supervillains bankrolled by Hammer/Burch/Power Broker, including reborn Ultron, sounded way better.
Just 90 minutes of Rhodey slinging hot lead at some metal b***hes, and twenty minutes of exposition and character work. Is that really too much to ask? Cheadle could spend a day in the ADR booth, two weeks of shooting in person scenes, the rest all CGI.

Don Cheadle hasn't had a starring role in 9 years and it was a movie he directed himself. Before that it was Traitor in 08 and Hotel Rwanda in 04. He's never been a solo star, he's a supporting actor.
