It’s a windows issue. It throttles how fast it will read the file for whatever reason and they removed the ability to increase priority.
no anon, it's a 8gb ram issue, it installs 80gb+ games under an hour on my machine.
I have 16gb of ram on one machine and 64gb on another and it’s taken 4 hours, on both, for no good reason. It’s literally windows.

Not arguing that, windows non ltsc is bloated and throttled, ltsc too, but the majority of people that have this issue have either a weak CPU, less than 8gb of ram or a HDD, which isn't an issue as long as your CPU and ram don't further throttle the system.
On windows 10 ltsc I can install these repacks within an hour on my hdd, but I have a not shit pc that helps windows moronation. On linux is faster but I rarely install any game on it because I use it for work.
