Alexis is cool but she's fundamentally flawed because she has no real role to build off of, Harley is sold as a hero character now, yet whenever they want they also place her as jokers sidekick again so Punchline ends up having no real niche to use, when was the last time she was even used as Joker's sidekick.

The problem is DC is very slow at putting their recent character additions in the spotlight. Which is a blessing is disguise because a lot of them suck (and even those that do suck eventually get shilled when DC realizes that they could sell them to normies. Ahem, Court of Owls.)
Concept-wise Punchline is perfectly fine. A foil to Harley Quinn as an unapologetically evil henchwoman of Joker and a representation of a slightly different strain of a serial killer-obsessed thot. She's JUST fine and that's the problem. She could've been more compelling if Big Two had anyone who's actually talented to write her but that's a general Big Two issue, not pertaining solely to Punchline.
