Is Beth a good mother?
No, not even a little bit. She’s mostly shown bitching about it and wishing for more. She thinks she’s above the whole family. Well, except Rick.
checked & fpbp
>lets her daughter whore out in skimpy clothes
>completely ignores Morty's problems
>can't handle criticism from her own kids
>is probably worst than Rick simply out of spite
>treats her husband like shit
>picks on & traumatizes one of her male childhood peers
>kills after him after having a argument with Rick, only to have that male childhood peer get cloned while getting away with murder
Horrible mother & horrible wife with horrible personality.
She's a confirmed shitter. Her character is ruined now.
She's good in the sense that she's trying, but she's mostly pretty bad at it. At least she provides for the family.
I actually forgot Beth had a job, I think the last time they acknowledged her job was when she made a horse thing out of hooves
No, it's been referenced multiple times since then. Most notably, her job kicked off the plot of the sperm episode, but the last time I remember it being referenced was at the end of The Jerrick Trap.
She cant overrule Rick so theres no way to tell if shes bad since Rick is basically the alpha of the home that controls Summer and Morty directly or indirectly.
She's average by current standards
She’s not even a good person.
But she is pretty
Pretty fucking psycho
She's a mother
Beth tries her best, but she's completely fucked over by her daddy issues. She’s smart and desires more from life, and her father represents (to her, not in reality) a freedom she was never afforded because she got pregnant at a young age. Jerry represents the polar opposite of Rick, the boring endless everyday, and while he’s a genuine and nice guy (most of the time) he doesn’t provide an outlet for that pent up desire for something more.
Summer reminds her of herself when she was at the pivotal age where her life took a turn and she was chained to normalcy. Morty has the love and attention from her father that she desperately wanted, but instead she was locked up in froopyland as a child, cast aside as a nuisance. Even when presented with the possibility of “everything she ever wanted” Rick’s solution is to send her far away from him (Space Beth). Which in turn doesn’t lead to the fulfilling life she thought she’d get. Because at the end of the day, the dragon she’s chasing isn’t adventure, it’s her father. So she drowns her troubles away with a workaholic lifestyle in the most intense position she can muster (horse surgery) and by consuming a lot of alcohol. She tries to make the family dynamic work, despite having the absolute worst upbringing you could think of.
That’s her problem.
She's a good mother for /ss/.
The clone thing was so unnecessary and you can tell the writers have no idea what to do with Space Beth.
Beth is the least explored character in the show and it isn't close.
Idk, I thought she and her clone did a little too much self exploration.
in the game yes
Everyone in the game is a better person lol. Also
Morticia > Tricia > Wild Summer > Beth > Jessica > Summer
correction, Tricia is coom bait. Summer is Jerry in a red wig.
Somehow Jerry shrinks a whole head, gets skinny and loses half his head width and his cheek fat. Must be a magic wig.
Tricia in the game is arguably the best written character, actually.
Can you play it in browser?
Don't think so, it's a renpy game.
I have mixed feelings on the games, but overall I feel that even the improved version is a waste of potential. However, strong agree that Morticia is the best Rick And Morty girl, which is really saying something seeing as she's only ever a background character in the show.
Looking forward to Tricia getting pregnant
hows the game(s) handling the rick and morty creator drama? did it kill their own games' developments or did they pull through?
No, but I'd fuck her.
No, but Morty and Summer aren't good children so who cares?
That's the parent's fault
Gee, I wonder why that is.
Odds are she drank while preggo with Morty
>abuses husband and children just so she can feel validated by her alcoholic sociopathic father
No, not at all
