There are a segment of Millenials though that feel like politics is their cause, so they watch religiously to reinforce their hatred of their perceived political opponents
I liked watching Daily Show when I was in middle school and hated everything because Jon Shekelwitz was charismatic to an edgy teen going through puberty.
Of course this was also the height of post-9/11 jingoism and a month or two after the release of Green Day's American Idiot.
