Urban Legends is nothing like Three Jokers, Jason worrying about not letting Barbara down makes sense because she was his tutor, she defended Jason when Bruce compared him to Dick and was the one who endorsed her position as Robin.
And I highly doubt the character will be used much after Task Force Z ends, the comic was a failure, as was RHATO, showing that the problem is not Lobdell.
Nightwing, Batgirl and even Titans have had shitty comics and still got used over and over. Jason is getting a comic book mini series. I dont think he is going anywhere. He is the most popular batman side character to normies.
Jason is the only robin who had a personality, a lot of people said he was blamed for making batman history worse, but he appeared during the end of the silver age, when writers had more freedom

No, most post crisis fans start with Tim. Lots of Jason's Robin stint except ADitF was out of print until DC started doing digital releases. Tim's Robin volumes have been pretty widely available, and he was the Robin from Knightfall all the way to the Morrison run.
Lots of so called comics fans completely skip pre Tim stories from O'Neil, Moench, and Starlin. Many Nightwing fans even skip NTT and start with Dixon's Nightwing.
the classic batman era starts from o'neal batman, hardly anyone read the stories with the first robin, Tim is popular with millennials and some zoomers who grew up with him, and I would even say this is a stretch, they didn't use it a lot like Tim in other media

Pre New 52 Babs was about 10 years older or so. No idea what it is now as Dick and Jason are generally shown to be just a few years apart and that wasn't the case pre-New 52.
Tim's original backstory is back in place as far as we know, so Jason's age is strictly locked to no more than three years older than Tim. Dick could be about five older than Jason without needing to mess with things.
