It pretty much is the comic, I swear they just took the actual pages from it for some scenes.
Its good, the cartoon is leagues above the comic simply because its ending wraps up in a neat little package, almost every loose thread is addressed, and honestly the comic is hard to follow sometimes, especially some of the paneling
