No, it's all absolute garbage. The last season just became the kind of garbage that pandered to 40 year old trekkie neckbeards instead of the usual 12 year old gender queer highschoolers.
S3 is still shit, only it was chock full of nostalgia pandering so the "fans" could point them out and clap and don't care that the show had absolutely nothing to say.
>it's bad because it is shit

I know reddit leddit media gushed over tng cast however I never watched the show nor will I consume nu trek garbage. Why debase yourself? Move on and forget nu shit entirely. Nbd.
About a year ago. It made no sense to have a 3 MB limit on webbums, but allow 4 MB GIFs, JPGs, and PNG files.
I get the feeling that Councillor Troi has grown tired of Data's newfound person-hood.
I like how Wrath of Khan's theme was how pathetic it is for senior aged people to cling to the past and keep trying to go on adventures but here we are 40 years later and they're trying to make all these boomers look hip and cool back in the saddle.
The season wasn't as actively cruel and dismissive of what Star Trek is supposed to be and they filled it with memberberries so that's all it took for nuTrek fans to clap their hooves together and proclaim it DA BEST TING EVAH!
The last real Star Trek show ended in 2001. The closest thing we've ever gotten to a real new Star Trek season is The Orville, which is so fricking sad.
No, it's very cliquey sitcom actor tier, with random cheap flair and no substance /x/ style spookiness/cosmic horror. It's actually very jarring and completely elminates all the dispassionate star fleet stuff and no longer takes the setting seriously. The best parts are the reunion parts but they're little moments spread across a train wreck of fanfic "wouldn't it be cool if" scenarios.
It isn't, but since they got the TNG crew back the geezers are soiling their diapers.

Shit is shit, yes.
Indeed.
it's a good reunion movie stretched out

It is an accidental comedy.
>4MB webm
When the frick did this happen?

Frick me, I've kept doing 3Mb webms for way too long.
I thought data was dead.
Did they retcon the last movie or make his sacrifice completely meaningless?
I'm not sure which would be funnier.
Yes, but twice. Once in season 1 and now again in season 3.
Not to defend Picard shit but are you going to bat for fricking Star Trek Nemesis, anon? Because holy shit.
At this point Star Trek Nemesis is the good old days of classic Star Trek.

>now ~~*we*~~ are Khan, out of time, out of place relics, clinging to our past superiority

personally, I don't count anything after Insurrection.

Picard has a forced Khan and a kid, it is trash.
I haven't seen but why is Data old and how is 7 of 9 there?
They'll do anything to make voyager relevant since it's been the low bar next to enterprise until nutrek

>It's the borg! It's Data!! OMG It's the old set I'm clapping so haaaaaard what do you mean, what was the story about?
>bad things are bad
>YOU'RE JUST CONTRARIANS
>Is it Star Trek kino? I hear the third season is one of the best Star Trek seasons ever
It's not the best TNG ever, but it IS the best TNG since 1994.
