Jerry doesn't give a frick and has 0 respect for movies. Studio execs approach him looking to make a movie, so he comes up with the hackiest idea and a bunch of absurd ideas, seeing how far he can take it. Both movies are elaborate trolls on the studios which still manage to be pretty entertaining.
Watching it right now. Holy shit it’s bad. None of the jokes are funny, the cast is incapable of acting, and they just put on a glorified commercial for fricking cereal.
