Honestly a lot of her behavior can be explained by the fact that Will is extremely closeted and led her to believe that he was hetero. I think a lot of her behavior can be explained by A) the psychological trauma of marrying a gay man and B) seeking out way to get her revenge on Will for misleading her C) living her own closeted life as a hetero woman married to a gay man who then has to seek out her own extramarital affairs in an attempt to salvage their marriage and thus their financial empire
