The only way you can make a Harley Quinn movie is where she is a lead and she emasculates Batman or Joker, and she isn't likeable or attractive, and if the actress is attractive they'll make sure she isn't in the movie. Then the executives see the low numbers and go ''well, no one likes Harley Quinn, shut down all Harley Quinn projects.''
