This is the first I've heard about it and I can already tell it's thing to be forgotten about after one - maybe two - seasons.
It was watchable if you aren't a chud. Nothing to write home about otherwise though.

That's funny because my mom is a pro life single-issue voter and she watches this show regularly. She likes time travel stuff though so I guess she puts up with the woke casting.
I watched an episode when she visited a few months ago. It was really bad. It was about the salem witch trials but it seemed to be entirely filmed in some western ghost town set. There was some weird subplot about the asian lead getting cucked by his white gf.
I don't remember the original being very good either, but at least it had soul.

I have the super liberal mom and I remember her telling me about trying to watch it when it premiered, but a few episodes worth. It didn’t feel that long ago but I can’t for the life of me remember when that was.
