Anime is king in the department, but I always loved watching the Batman / Superman / Justice League animated shows.
Some of the later Justice League seasons got quite entertaining.
I have lots of opinions on Justice League. It trusted its audience with mature themes like the nature of power, how even well-intentioned people can do great harm, doing your duty vs what you know to be right, redemption after terrible crimes, they even had an episode about faith that didn't lecture you with "this particular religion is right" or "god doesn't real it's just for children and idiots". Most people hear about "maturity" in a work and think of drugs, sex, and cursing, but this show managed actual maturity while staying family-friendly.
DCAU is still one of the best capeshit that exist in the media. It is even better than 90% of Disney MCU at this point.
