"Female autism" is just women looking for a modern day excuse to be le quorky, every woman who's even slightly 'high functioning' is actually perfectly neurotypical and can participate in society without hindrance
Best case scenerio, what's known as "female autism" can just be a woman who's slightly more masculine or butch and their mind is more male orientated so they don't really comprehend feminine passive aggressiveness or unspoken social code the way other women can just beam into each others heads, but that's not a disorder, that's just what all normal men are like

I have, I was literally seen many special needs institutions, 9/10 of them in every school, classroom, workplace or community dedicated to spedsters is a man, and they range from normie-passing from afar but visibly autistic up close, to full blown moronos who can barely speak

autism presents differently in men and women moron. they even have different criteria. men are hypersensitive to sound and routines while women bump into people more and are more hypermobile. high functioning women also mask much better. you would have to be with an autistic woman much longer to realize if they have something off about them
