I watched this as a kid, maybe 11 years old, at like 2 am in the morning on TV. I didn't know what it was called and I enjoyed it a lot. It took another 10 years or so before I actually knew the name of the movie.

I didn't care for it. felt like a young director's film from the era, instead of something from Polanski. for some reason I got this lesser Tarantino vibe from it. I never care for his work anyways but I like rosemary's baby and chinatown (really love fearless vampire killers)
